General Description:
The Regional Sales Manager will lead the sales activities for enterprise opportunities in Korea as well as provide sales support to existing customers.
The Regional Sales Manager will generate leads and sales opportunities for selling Extricom’s Wireless LAN solutions. He/she will be responsible to identify strategic business opportunities in order to generate revenue as well as maintain and expand the company customer base.
The Regional Sales Manager is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to build/hire a reporting team after successfully growing revenue base.
Requirements:
• Drive multiple enterprise scale wireless opportunities in the Korean marketplace, focusing on accounts from $50K up to over $1M.
• Manage/Grow revenue from Channel sales to and from Direct sales: identify the decision makers, understand the accounts, determine the size of the deal, conduct sales presentations online, put together a comprehensive solution, negotiate the contract etc.
• Build and manage the business relationships with major customer and partner accounts.
• Proven experience at managing a large territory, including demand generation, forecasting, quota attainment, sales presentations, and short-term, mid-term, and long-term opportunity management.
• Strong technical and complimentary skills to understand the customer’s business drivers and align them to Extricom’s solution essential.
• Proven experience selling WIFI solutions to mid market verticals and through partners.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced startup environment as a member of a highly experienced technical team.
• At least 6 years of work experience in selling emerging technology products/systems to mid market verticals, enterprise class customers and value added resellers specializing in wireless mobility solutions.
• Excellent written, communication & presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills: team player with strong work ethic and good business sense.
• Self-motivated, high-performing, passionate, and driven to make the sale - whatever it takes; pursue prospects aggressively, and you know how to qualify, develop, and close new business.
• Result driven with strong follow up skills.
• Able to travel extensively.
• Fluent in Korean
• Fluent in English - an advantage
Education:
• BS in Business Administration, or equivalent education and relevant experience.
• BS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience - advantage.
