In addition to the Extricom Agile 24/7 Support Plan, there are a number of premium support services that can be purchased separately or added to your support plan. These include on-site support, where an Extricom expert can be present on your site to conduct system configurations, optimization or restoration or perhaps perform a preventative maintenance visit or assist with an emergency issue.
