Zvi Slonimsky - Chairman of the Board

Zvi Slonimsky is currently chairman of the board of Extricom, Surf, and Maradin, and a board member of Sequans Communications and Novaramed. He served as CEO of Alvarion (NASDAQ: ALVR) from 2001 to October 2005, following Alvarion’s establishment via merger of BreezeCOM and Floware in August 2001. Prior to the merger, Zvi was CEO of BreezeCom. Before that, he served as president and CEO of MTS Ltd. and was general manager of DSP Group, Israel. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at several Israeli telecom companies, including C.Mer and Tadiran.Zvi holds BSEE and MSEE degrees from the Technion Israel Institute for Technology and an MBA degree from Tel-Aviv University.

Raoul Stein – General Partner Kreos Capital

Raoul is a founding partner of Kreos Capital. He focuses on network development and new company assessment, as well as on supporting new transactions in Europe. Raoul has significant experience in advising and investing in high-growth entrepreneurial companies. Prior to Kreos, Raoul spent two years with Apax Partners Israel, one of the leading venture capital firms in the country, investing in information technology, telecommunication and services companies. Raoul was also an associate with Friedman Turbidy & Co., a New York-based investment advisory firm. Raoul holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, and a law degree from Bar-Ilan University.

Gideon Rottem – Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rottem has over 20 years of managerial experience in the communications and finance fields. Before founding Extricom, Mr. Rottem was the VP Business Development of CellPay, an m-payment company; the CEO of Lucid Voice, an IP convergence company and the Deputy Director General of the Israel Antitrust Authority. Mr. Rottem holds a B.A. in Economics and History from the Hebrew University, a MALD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center.

Eran Shpak – Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Shpak has 25 years of R&D experience in the fields of spread spectrum radio, networking, protocols, embedded systems, and communications. Mr. Shpak was the founder and CTO of Lucid Voice, an IP convergence company. Prior to Lucid Voice, Mr. Shpak served as VP Engineering at WaveAccess, a WLAN company, from founding in 1993 to its acquisition by Lucent in 1998. During this period he was an active voting member of the IEEE 802.11 WLAN Committee. Mr. Shpak managed research and development teams for the Israel Ministry of Defense, Department of Electronic Research. He holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute. He is a recipient of the Israel Defense Award
