Gideon Rottem – Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rottem has over 20 years of managerial experience in the communications and finance fields. Before founding Extricom, Mr. Rottem was the VP Business Development at CellPay, an m-payment company; the CEO of Lucid Voice, an IP convergence company; the Deputy Director General of the Israel Antitrust Authority; and an investment banker with the MENA Capital Group in Washington, D.C. Mr. Rottem holds a B.A. in Economics and History from the Hebrew University, a MALD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Rottem is a member of the New York and Israel Bar Associations.

Eran Shpak – Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Shpak has 25 years of R&D experience in the fields of spread spectrum radio, networking, protocols, embedded systems, and communications. Mr. Shpak was the founder and CTO of Lucid Voice, an IP convergence company. Prior to Lucid Voice, Mr. Shpak served as VP Engineering at WaveAccess a WLAN company, from founding in 1993 to acquisition by Lucent in 1998. During this period he was an active voting member of the IEEE 802.11 WLAN Committee. Mr. Shpak managed research and development teams for the Israel Ministry of Defense, Department of Electronic Research; and holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technion University. He is a recipient of the Israel Defense Award.

Yaron Hermeche – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Hermeche is an experienced finance executive with over 18 years of financial and operational experience. Before joining Extricom, Mr. Hermeche served as Chief Financial Officer of Objet Geometrics, a leading manufacturer of 3D printing systems. Prior to that, Mr. Hermeche served as CFO and General Manager of Sagitta, a capital equipment manufacturer for the semi-conductor and fiber-optics industries; VP Finance at Extent Technologies, supplier of billing software for ISP; CFO & CIO of Lycored from Makhteshim-Agan industries and treasurer of Makhteshim-Agan industries (TASE:MAIN). Mr. Hermeche holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Ben Gurion University .

Edu Meytal – VP Sales, International 

Mr. Meytal is a seasoned sales professional with over 11 years of experience in sales management and business development in complex international markets. Before joining Extricom Mr. Meytal was EVP and General Manager, International, for GigaSpaces Technologies; Vice President of Global Sales for Vocaltec (NASDAQ: VOCL); and Country Manager for Korea and Director, Business Development for Japan for Comverse Technologies (NASDAQ: CMVT). Mr. Meytal holds a B.A. in management and economics from Tel Aviv University and an Executive MBA from Hebrew University.

Dan Kirtchuk – VP Sales & General Manager, Extricom Inc.

Mr. Kirtchuk is a seasoned sales professional with over 19 years of experience in direct sales negotiations, distribution channel development, P&L management, strategic alliances development, strategic planning and implementation. Before joining Extricom Mr. Kirtchuk was VP of Sales and Marketing at L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL), VP of Sales at Lucid Voice, an IP convergence company, and Executive Director APAC for Orbcomm Global (Nasdaq: ORBC). Mr. Kirtchuk holds a BA degree from The Hebrew University and a MALD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

Alon Weiss − VP Operations

Mr. Weiss brings 15 years of intensive high tech operations, purchasing and logistics experience to Extricom, with an emphasis on effective supply chain management, manufacturing cost reduction, and shortening processes turnaround times. For five years prior to joining Extricom, Mr. Weiss was Director of Operations at RADVISION, a leading manufacturer of unified visual communication products, and served in senior purchasing positions at Scitex Corporation, a leading graphics solutions company. Mr. Weiss holds an MBA from Technion University, as well as a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University.
