Gideon Rottem – Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Rottem has over 16 years of managerial experience in the communications and finance fields. Before founding Extricom, Mr. Rottem was the VP Business Development at CellPay, an m-payment company; the CEO of Lucid Voice, an IP convergence company; the Deputy Director General of the Israel Antitrust Authority; and an investment banker with the MENA Capital Group in Washington, D.C. Mr. Rottem holds a B.A. in Economics and History from the Hebrew University, a MALD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. Mr. Rottem is a member of the New York and Israel Bar Associations.

Eran Shpak – Founder and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Shpak has 21 years of R&D experience in the fields of spread spectrum radio, networking, protocols, embedded systems, and communications. Mr. Shpak was the founder and CTO of Lucid Voice, an IP convergence company. Prior to Lucid Voice, Mr. Shpak served as VP Engineering at WaveAccess a WLAN company, from founding in 1993 to acquisition by Lucent in 1998. During this period he was an active voting member of the IEEE 802.11 WLAN Committee. Mr. Shpak managed research and development teams for the Israel Ministry of Defense, Department of Electronic Research; and holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technion University. He is a recipient of the Israel Defense Award.

Dan Kirtchuk – Executive VP, Global Sales

Mr. Kirtchuk is a seasoned sales professional with over 16 years of experience in direct sales negotiations, distribution channel development, P&L management, strategic alliances development, strategic planning and implementation. Before joining Extricom Mr. Kirtchuk was VP of Sales and Marketing at L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL); VP of Sales at Lucid Voice, an IP convergence company; and Executive Director APAC for Orbcomm Global (Nasdaq: ORBC). Mr. Kirtchuk holds a B.A. degree from The Hebrew University and a MALD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.

Arie Ganot – Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Ganot is a seasoned finance executive with over 13 years of financial and operational experience. Mr. Ganot was the Chief Financial Officer of MIND CTI (NASDAQ: MNDO), a leading supplier of billing and customer care solutions for VoIP, Mobile, 3G and triple-play carriers worldwide. Starting in 1994, Mr. Ganot served four years as the Chief Financial Officer of S.A.L. Technical Equipment Ltd. Prior to that, he was a senior accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Israel. Mr. Ganot holds a B.A. in Accounting and Economics from Tel Aviv University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

David Confalonieri – VP, Marketing

Mr. Confalonieri is an accomplished marketing professional with over 16 years of experience in the wireless and IT security fields. Mr. Confalonieri joined Extricom from Secured Services, an identity management software provider, where he led the company's marketing, product management, and branding activities. Before that, he was Director of Marketing for VeriSign's Managed Security Services business unit. Mr. Confalonieri also spent ten years at Motorola, where he held marketing, business development, and engineering positions in the company's land mobile voice and data systems businesses. Mr. Confalonieri holds an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg School at Northwestern University, and a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

Gabi Sitton – VP Sales, APAC

Mr. Sitton has over 22 years of experience in the Telecom industry, having held positions in Business Development, M&A, Marketing, System Integration, and Product Development. Before joining Extricom, Mr. Sitton was VP Business Development of the Optical Division at ECI Telecom (NASDAQ: ECIL), where he was responsible for strategic business relationships, acquisition of a Chinese company and establishment of reseller/OEM partnerships with worldwide equipment vendors and System Integrators. Prior to that, he was VP Marketing at Lightscape Networks, AVP Marketing Product Management and AVP for R&D in ECI. Mr. Sitton holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and MBA from Ben-Gurion University.

Steve Northedge – VP Sales, EMEA

Mr. Northedge brings over 21 years of experience in sales management and customer service in the telecommunications industry. Prior to Extricom, Mr. Northedge was Senior Sales Director at Symbol Technologies, where he managed sales in Southern Europe, and then the UK and Ireland. Before that, he held several senior sales positions at Cisco Systems, focused on service provider sales in Scandinavia and, later, global responsibility for British Telecom. Mr. Northedge also spent 10 years with Newbridge Networks, where he served as VP Customer Services (EMEA), and ultimately became VP & General Manager for the UK and Ireland.

Honoré Labourdette - VP Sales, North America

Ms. Labourdette brings over 21 years of successful sales leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining Extricom, Ms. Labourdette was Vice President, Worldwide Strategic Alliance Sales for 3Com where she was responsible for 3Com's global system integrator and service provider sales channels. Prior to this assignment, Ms. LaBourdette was Vice President, Worldwide Sales for NetSolve, Inc. (now a division of Cisco). In this position, she was responsible for developing/executing a sales strategy to expand NetSolve's market share for remote managed services offerings. Other experience includes Vice President, Enterprise Sales-Western Region at Nortel Networks and sales/sales management positions at Network Equipment Technologies, Micom Systems, and AT&T.

Shaily Hamenahem – VP, Human Resources

Ms. Hamenahem brings 20 years of Human Resources management in technology companies to Extricom. Prior to joining Extricom, Ms. Hamenahem was at Check Point Technologies, where she was responsible for all HR activities of 30 subsidiaries of Check Point worldwide (EMEA, APAC, Japan), including implementation of local HR processes tailored to company guidelines, local laws, and corporate culture. Ms. Hamenahem has also held senior HR management positions at Deloitte & Touche, Brightman Almagor, the Israeli branch of Deloitte & Touche; BackWeb Technologies; EMC Israel; and BVR Technologies. Ms. Hamenahem has a B.A. degree in French Language and Literature and Spanish and Latin American Studies from Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Eitan Tobi − VP, Technical Services

Mr. Tobi draws on 24 years of experience in the telecommunications and networking field to lead the Technical Services group. While at Extricom, he has played a key role in Product Management prior to taking his current position. Before joining the company, Mr. Tobi held a product/project management and development post at Ramot (Tel Aviv University), and as a pre-sales and technologist at Wydeband. In addition, he held a variety of positions at ECI Telecom, starting as an R&D Engineer and rising to a Product Manager with responsibility for the company's North American strategic customers. Mr. Tobi studied Electronics Engineering at Tel Aviv University Technical College and completed his studies in Business Administration at Leicester University in the United Kingdom. 

Alon Weiss − VP, Operations

Mr. Weiss brings 15 years of intensive high tech operations, purchasing and logistics experience to Extricom, with an emphasis on effective supply chain management, manufacturing cost reduction, and shortening processes turnaround times. For five years prior to joining Extricom, Mr. Weiss was Director of Operations at RADVISION, a leading manufacturer of unified visual communication products, and served in senior purchasing positions at Scitex Corporation, a leading graphics solutions company. Mr. Weiss holds an MBA from Technion University, as well as a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from Tel Aviv University.
